Common questions regarding Myoballs:
Should I get the Comfort or the Pro?
Most people should choose the Myoballs Pro for the dense foam balls and deeper muscle penetration, simulating a deep tissue massage.
If you are tender to touch, geriatric, or bruise easily, consider choosing the Myoballs Comfort for the softer foam balls and the relaxed band which simulates more of a Swiss massage.
Do I need both sizes, 5 and 7?
We recommend purchasing the set since the 5 ball design is intended for smaller circumferences and the 7 ball is for larger.
However, we understand budgeting, you can purchase the 7 ball and twist 2 of the balls to emulate the 5 ball unit to use on your smaller muscles (it's just not as efficient, but it works).
How do I file a warranty claim?
1. Fill out our warranty claim form here (must submit picture of broken unit) 2. Submit 3. Receive email with warranty code for new unit. 4.Pay $14.95 shipping fee. 5. Receive your new product.
