How do I pick the correct size?
We use your FITTED t-shirt (unisex) size as the standard. If you have wider shoulders, increase your size, if you have narrow shoulders, decrease your size.
How long should I wear it?
There is an included program on the final page of your product manual, it is the best guide.
For inactive individuals: 15-30 minutes 3-4 times/day
For active individuals: 30-60minutes 3-4 times/day
How do I file a warranty claim?
1. Fill out our warranty claim form here (must submit picture of broken unit) 2. Submit 3. Receive email with warranty code for new unit. 4.Pay $14.95 shipping fee. 5. Receive your new product.
