The larger PolarPatches retain cold longer.

When used for recreational cooling it is highly variable. Depends on your body heat, the environment you are using them in, whether you cooled it in the freezer, cooler, or refrigerator, and the size of the PolarPatch you are using.

Best Practice for recreational cool, keep a cooler with multiple PolarPatches to rotate them as they heat up.
