Being active can be an effective way to maintain your physical and mental health. Physical activity doesn’t have to be exercise. It could be anything you do in your day-to-day life that gets your heart rate up for at least 20 minutes or more. To increase muscles we will have to do some kind of weight training along with increasing your protein intake, keep in mind we start losing muscles after age 30.
Regular exercise and physical activity promote strong muscles and bones and is beneficial to our health. Staying active can also help you maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk for type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and reduce your risk for some kind of cancers.
Sometimes we may feel like we cant make to do exercise so the best way to combat that feeling is encourage yourself, say self the reasons why we do this is because and you state the reasons. I find that helps a lot for me, an example I love to sleep but I have to get up and go to work I want to work but I want to stay in bed and sleep some more, so I say self when you get out of being you will hurry and get your work done get some exercise to watch some TV then you will have to come back to bet earlier that you came the night before which will give you more sleep.
Do you think I get to bed early that night? you would think so right? but no because I am a night owl, can’t help it. But just by encouraging myself, it gets me up and about. So no matter what is going on in your life good or bad, encourage yourself, speak nothing negative to yourself negative behaver only begets negativeness so let us leave the negative behind.
When you get up in the morning say to yourself, the self you are happy, prosperous, blessed, loving, kind, beautiful, happy anything good is what you say. You will see your attitude and mind start to change for the better, remember if someone is speaking negatively in your life to stop them and say no I do not agree it can and will change. Try to get fresh air every, stay active and most of all get your good belly laugh in…
